Why should I Use "A Babys Comfort" for my rental equipment needs?

A Babys Comfort is your fully licensed, fully insured rental equipment company. We have specialized in providing rental equipment to people taking vacations in the greater Orlando area. Our goal is to provide the best customer service and the cleanest, newest equipment in the rental equipment market. If we can get access to your accommodation, we will also erect your crib, so it is ready for your arrival.

What is the delivery area?

We deliver daily to Orlando, Disney Resorts, Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee,  Reunion and Celebration. We deliver to all resorts, hotels, vacation homes and any other location that you have chosen to stay at.

How far in advance should I place my order?

As soon as you know your travel details you should go ahead and place your order to assure we will have availability! We do occasionally run out!

What is the delivery charge?

Delivery is free for all orders over $100. If you have a smaller order, then we have a small delivery charge of just $15.

What time will my equipment be delivered on my
arrival day?

In order to accommodate those checking out and those checking in, our goal is to deliver all equipment between the hours of 10am - 4pm. This may vary during peak times and our delivery hours may be extended. If you have a specific requirement, please let us know and we will do all we can to meet your needs.

I'm staying in a hotel, where would I pick up my rental when I check in?

We try to have the items in your room ready for you. If we are unable to get access, then check with Bell Services or the Front Desk. Most often your rental will be in the luggage room. Please be sure to return the rental to the same place that you picked it up. Any rental item left in a hotel room will incur an additional charge of $15.

Does "A Babys Comfort" deliver on Sunday?

Yes, we deliver seven days a week

Is the equipment sanitized before delivery?

You can have peace of mind knowing that every piece of equipment goes through a rigorous steam cleaning and inspection prior to delivery.

Will sales tax be collected by "A Babys Comfort"?

Yes, we are required to collect 6.5% sales tax on all rentals.

Will "A Babys Comfort" accept last minute rental requests?

We certainly only ask that you call us as well as send an email or an online order. 

How do I make payment for a rental?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. If you have a US bank account, you can mail us a check, as long as it clears 7 days before the rental period starts.

How does "A Babys Comfort" manage safety issues?

We make sure that all recalled equipment is taken out of rental rotation the moment it is recalled. If one of our customers has an item in rental that has been recalled since the delivery date, we will contact them and arrange to replace the item at no charge with the next best piece of equipment we can offer otherwise we will purchase brand new equipment for that rental and future rentals of similar products.

Changes to rental Items?

Please be aware that "A Babys Comfort" reserves the right to exchange a product reserved if necessary, for a product of equal or greater value. This happens occasionally if a product is unavailable due to reasons beyond our control.
